What Exactly is AWS Trusted Advisor?
AWS Trusted Advisor is an online tool designed to give AWS customers proactive recommendations. It allows large organizations to aggregate cost recommendations from multiple accounts in one place and across multiple accounts to AWS and trusted advisor. AWS is undoubtedly one of the most renowned & the best trusted cloud based service provider.
Amazon ensures synchronization status between the two AWS sources, and PyraCloud to pull data from AWS Trusted Advisor and Amazon EC2. Datadog pulls service limit data for each AWS service as configured in AWS and Trusted Advisor, as well as data on performance limits. If your account has the correct AWS support plan, AWS Trusted Advisor will display a green check mark at the top of the page. If not, a warning symbol would popup at the bottom lower right corner and an “otherwise” will appear next to the warning symbol. AWS Trusted Advisor:
With AWS Trusted Advisor, lets you know if you have not downloaded the correct AWS support plan from AWS Trusted Advisor. This does not mean that your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account did not download its support plans via AWS, but rather that it downloaded them from Amazon’s own support portal, not from the AWS support page. With AWS Trusted Advisors you should have the rights to your support plans, which you can download from AWS Trusted Advisors. It is not meant that my AWS accounts downloaded their support planning through the AWS Trust Advisor.
